Private Work Fees
The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, private prescriptions and some vaccination services.
These services are carried out, outside surgery times at the doctors discretion. Please allow up to 28 days for these to be carried out. Any forms handed over at the reception will be issued with a receipt. We will be in touch when it is ready for your collection and we ask that you do not contact us before this time.

Please make cheques payable to Seaside Medical Centre. We are unable to accept credit/debit cards.
All non-NHS work is done outside of normal NHS time. This means that the completion of forms, preparation of letter and reports, may take a minimum of one week.
Outsourcing to iGPR
Seaside Medical Centre outsources Insurance Reports and Subject Access Requests to iGPR, who will process your report using their electronic system.
iGPR manages the reporting process for us by reviewing and responding to requests in accordance with our instructions and all applicable laws, including UK data protection laws.
If you wish to see your report prior to it being sent to the instructiong party, please confirm this with us so we can alert iGPR. iGPR will sent the report to you electronically for approval, upon it being signed off. You can then accept or reject the report within 21 days - after this time period, the report will automatically be sent to the instructing party where applicable.
