Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your repeat prescription form.
Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescriptions directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.
Your prescription will be ready for collection after 3 working days. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope). The surgery has no control over the postal times, so please be aware and allow adequate time for return of prescriptions and during busy periods. Please note we are unable to take prescription requests over the phone. If you are unable to wait 3 working days you will need to make an appointment to see a doctor. Prescription requests can not be taken over the telephone by the receptionists or the doctors.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
From 4th August 2014 to ensure high quality clinical care and increased demand the Partners have taken the decision not to fax routine prescriptions. Only in exceptional circumstances and with GP approval will a prescription be faxed.
Important information regarding your Repeat Prescription
From the 1st May 2014 to comply with the Care Quality Commission standard on security and data protection we require permission for prescription collections to be formally recorded on our clinical system. Along with the name, a date of birth may be requested by staff when prescriptions are collected. With this in mind please make sure the person collecting has the relevant information. Prescriptions will not be given to anyone other than the patient unless permission is recorded.
